I have trued to start a new game but when i do this everything load fine but i cant adjust the zoom levels and i cant build anything, everything is selectable and i can try to place this anywhere but nothing happens . I have tried it on every pak i know still the same thing happens. But if i load the game everything works as intended
Operating system? Simutrans version? Installed from where?
Anyway, try going to Documents/Simutrans/ or ~/.simutrans/ and delete/rename the settings.xml and default.sve files.
If using an SDL2 build this might be caused by overlays consuming user input. Try disabling all overlays such as discord, steam, twitch, xbox and shadowplay.
