I am new to Simutrans and former OpenTTD player
The 192Comcs.pak is awesome but I cannot understand those German names of industries.
They are in English but actually not English words.
Is it possible to change them to English words or....anyway to make them English?

pak192.comics is made by Germans, so it is possible that some translations are missing. Are there too many missing or non-sense words? If you post some here we might translate. And it would be better to post this directly to the pak192.comic subforum.

You should not rely on someone posted here in the forum in SimuTranslator. It is better to enter it immediately in SimuTranslator.

I agree it looks more like the Skoda than the Cityrunner, I wasn't particularly concerned with it being anything more specific than a tram
