Is there a link for this?

I need it for the tutorial, so the player can see where he can activate the scenario pop-ups windows.

I mean a link like this:
"<a href=\"goal\">Open goal scenario windows</a>"
But open the settings window in "message center", in order to indicate to the player how to activate the scenario pop-up windows.  8)
