Title: No Case Sensitivity For The Search In The Depot Window

Hello,

depending on who wrote / ended up translating an object, some objects use different standards on wich letters are to be written in capitals.
Imagine there being things like "alex", "Alex" and "ALEX" for vehicles that have the "Allgäu-Express" livery.
I'd love to find them all by searching for one of these texts.

Searching umlaute is not a standard function with ignored case. But it is not too difficult to add it either. Check r9117.
