So I'm playing Simutrans 121 with pak128 . I'm definitely enjoying the challenge of pak128 over pak64, but I've run into a question or an inconsistency.
The year is 1956. My "Truck" average speed is 56 km/h . My busses are all running at either 55 or 60, so that's not so bad.
However, the city speed limit is 50. Not only that, but as the city expands, it will take over the 70km/h roads that I build, and drop their speed limit down to 50.
I'm just wondering if this was part of the calculation -- that transporting passengers/mail/goods into a city is **designed** to be unprofitable, or if it was an oversight that maybe can be adjusted.
