And why not make the icons separately (3 independent icons) that align with the buttons? .
Because they would be missing form most pak sets.

This is a good idea. I think it would be easier to keep everything MessageOptions: if more than one image is present, then these are single symbols, otherwise one large picture.
Edit: incorporated this: MessageOptions can be three images now, one for each of those options. Old paks are still supported, they will show one image.
This is great !. now themes with big buttons should look better here. :D
