Title: The previously pressed checkbox will switch even if click outside the its label

The condition that causes this bug may be that there is a scrollbar.
The check boxes in the left column on this dialog is sanity. (´・ω・｀)

They were indeed totally broken. Fixed in r9226.

Thank you for fixing it. But it's also broken in the convoy filter frame. (´・ω・｀)

r9228 should fix this too.
