Would it slow things down too much to have passengers leave the stop as soon as they wait too long, rather than having them disappear when the convoy finally arrives to pick them up? Not only is it a bit confusing to see those waiting passengers simply disappear when the convoy pulls in, but also those unhappy people are taking up valuable space at the stop where fresh passengers (who have not yet waited too long) are coming in.

As you may have noticed, this has been implemented in 3.4 :-)
