In this save, watch two trains - Javelin (red player), reversing on the south platform at Brambleton, and Eurostar (green player), arriving from west to the northern platform. Javelin reverses and departs, just shortly before Eurostar. Thus Eurostar is blocked for a while, but stays so even after the block ahead is cleared. It stays there until the Javelin departs from the next stop, which happens to be 64 km away. Thus creating quite bad traffic jam...

The signal at the end of platform (under the bridge) is TVM section board (cab signal). I tried to remove it and build again - still the same. I was able to recreate the jam with track-circuit signal. Interestingly enough, trains from red player, are unstuck much earlier, just after few blocks, probably where their paths diverted. But the green train is stuck until the previous train departs from the next stop.
Refreshing schedule makes it go... I will look into this further.
Thank you for your report. I am afraid that I cannot reproduce this with the latest on the master branch - can I check whether anyone else can still reproduce this? This might have been resolved with the reversion of the patch relating to reverse direction signals.
I have combiled fresh master, loaded the reported save and it behaves the same

It is odd that I cannot reproduce it can you confirm the convoy number of the train and the in-game time of the issue so that I can be sure that I am looking in the correct place?
Look for brambleton railway station, train 2721 Javelin, Elemental Transport and 2388 Eurostar e320, Freahxbus; time May 2049 2:09-2:11
Thank you: I believe that I have now fixed this. I should be grateful if you could re-test with to-morrow's nightly build.
I confirm: this is fixed. Thank you
