Title: [r9503-r9511] Runway direction inconsistency

Morning all!


This bug was not present in r8874, but appeared somewhere before r9503.


The bug: planes take off and land in the same direction on North/South runways (i.e. to the North), but in opposite directions on East/West runways (land East, takeoff West).

Lovely job, thank you! Confirmed fixed.
(Although, I'm pretty sure planes used to land W-E, not E-W. Doesn't bother me, the most important thing is that it's consistent now. 👍)
