Title: Schedule modifiers not working

With a recent version, setting timetable waiting time departure and modifiers like alternate directions is currently broken, clicking these does not register.

I apologize. It was caused by my patch.
I threw a pull request to fix it. Please check #386. I apologize for this inconvenience.

This does indeed appear to be fixed now: thank you; the fix has been incorporated.
