Title: Crash on startup

When starting the game I get FATAL ERROR: loadsave_t::rdwr_str() - expected str "<![CDATA[", got "i8>1</i"

This is caused by the need to revert some changes recently to allow playing online again. The workaround to this is to delete settings-extended.xml in your /simutrans directory.

bridgewater-brunel now has this same issue. could you please manually delete it?
