Title: r10200 - Color line title window and window resize

Open a line window.

Then open the settings for fonts.

If the option utf-8 font is clicked, the color of the title bar of the opened line window changes.

The width of the line window also seems to be broken.

Indeed, also after reload the owner was usually player 1. Fixed in r 10203.

EDIT: Windowsresize needs still incestigation
