Title: Passenger destinations minimap not working

Version: 120.4.1 Extended Nightly 14.16 #b23b2a1

I have read that I can click "destinations" on the main minimap to see where passengers want to go, but there are no visible dots! Why is this?

Edit: I want to mention that others such as "density" DO work. I am very confused because I want to understand why no-one uses my network but can't use this feature.

A "destination" mapping is a destination from a specific city. It is mapping only when you open any of the city information dialogs.
Otherwise, no one will know which city is the originating destination.
It is for zooming in on the destination map that the city information dialog is displaying.
