The Tikiwiki and the whole of simutrans-Germany.com is down - does anyone know anything about this? A lot of information is/was on there, especially regarding pakfile creation.

That's very odd.
I had several tabs open on both my phone and the laptop. When refreshing I'd get a domain not resolved error.
