Title: [r10565] Minimap drag always moves minimap (content) down

Observed in 10592 but traced back to commit where it first happened (10565).

When rightclick-dragging on the minimap the map will always move downward while dragging (even when trying to move it upwards).
The horizontal movement seem to honor the mouse movement.

Since this is a self compiled binary (on linux) it would be nice if anyone else could confirm this on their system.

I confirm that yes, the drag logic on the minimap has been broken, the drag only responds to horizontal movement.

This seems to be fixed as of now (probably fixed in r10600, but never announced?).

I was never sure if it had been solved or not, time passed and I forgot about it. ;D
