Title: [r10684] Sort option combobox on the depot dialog is not scrollable

Of the combo boxes on the depot dialog, the cargo filter is sane, but the sort option combo box is insane.

Sort option is somehow not scrollable with the mouse wheel. But it can scroll using the scrollbar. But doing so often destroys the display, as in the image above.
