I found it odd when checking this bug report that britain pak does not have some menu cursors. I could not reproduce that crash, but it could be one of the possible causes of the crash.
general_tool[35]=17,,11,Kgeneral_tool[129]=18,,,\For example, the reassingn signal tool does not have a cursor, so it is very inconvenient to know which signal is currently selected or flagged on. Maybe we can reuse the signal cursor here.

Also, IIRC, the cursor to buy a house was a dollar mark cursor used in a different pakset.
