Title: Dutch translation causes crash
Post by: hreintke on February 24, 2023, 04:08:08 PM
Hi,

There is an issue with the dutch translation (nl.tab).

On line 1280 there is :

Net ID: %p
Net ID: %\n

That should be

Net ID: %p
Net ID: %p\n

The current value breaks the display of transformers and power lines (crash).

Can that be updated without me making a patch ?

I changed the translation at the translator website (https://translator.simutrans.com/). The same error also affected the French translation.

The faulty translation does not crash on my system (linux).

There are so many strings containing a single percent sign to display a percent sign, but the string needs these signs doubled(%%).

This should be fixed now. Please use nightly r10864.

The nightlies from https://github.com/aburch/simutrans/releases/tag/Nightly also contain updated translation files.
