This is great news, Isaac! You have survived a fair few setbacks and now this is .... a .....  big step forward (sorry, you have probably that heard that twenty times before!).

Isaac, you're a survivor and very brave to overcome all that!  My best regards and support.

I only wonder how the story you're telling can happen in the richest and number one country in the world...

 Ah, well. A short sharp answer is that we may have a high GDP, but we also have crippling wealth inequality, the only OECD country without some form of universal health care, extremely insufficient social safety net...

As far as being the number one country... well... richest maybe. Number one country... not by many many measures. lol.

I'm proud of a few things, but decreasing over time, for sure.
