Title: SR 4-LAV no texture on driving motor in 1st BR livery

Apologies another visual bug with Southern Units unfortunately!

This is on the SR 4-LAV with the 1st British Railways livery.

Thank you for the report. I believe that I have now fixed this - I should be grateful if you could re-test with to-morrow's nightly build and confirm whether the fix is effective.
