Title: "no entry" works wrong in W-E-direction

Simutrans 123.0.1 - R10421 from OpenSuSE (no idea which pak64 Version this is)

The "no entry" roadsign works wrong in east-west-direction, means the cars enter a road in the direction they sign shows "forbidden" and turn although there is no restriction.
