I always change to the public player to build long roads and railroads. But in this pak I can't find a way to do that.

Is the public player not available in pak192.comic?

Press 'k' for the player list, and click left to the public player to switch to the public player. In case you don't want to memorise the shortcut, you can also get there via the setting menu on the top left.
