Title: [Bug] Packing factories with makeObjExperimental

If I pack the factories of pak192.comic with makeObj Experimental, Simutrans Experimental get crashed by loading the factories.

Error Message:
FATAL ERROR: factory_reader_t::read_node()
Incompatible pak file version for Simutrans-E, number 0
PRESS ANY KEY

Cruzer,

thank you very much for the bug report. Problem (which is in Simutrans-Experimental, not Makeobj-Experimental) will be fixed in the next version.
