Power lines to a woodcutters yard. No boost that I can tell. First time playing 192 Comic, so I'm not sure if not all industries benefit or?

This woodcutter indeed doesn't get any benefit from electricity. If you look in its info window, you can see, right on the left of the little picture, what it can benefit from, and which of these are supplied.

For this factory, you can see it may benefit from passengers (left icon) and mail (right icon), but not from electricity (it's another icon that iirc looks like a lighting bolt).
