I just have downloaded the latest version for Windows. I see there were some UI changes and improvements, but for me one thing worsened... The icons in ui windows (like showing lines, showing happy and unhappy passengers on bus stops are UGLY. They are too big and pixelated like the game is scaling them up unnecessarily...

Quick eddit - happens only on pak64
Not sure what happened and where I can change them too look normal again?

You have selected the pak64.german design which includes those huge icons. Selected any other design, close and restart simutrans. This will bring the normal icons back.
