Title: [Chat] Open chat window from message ticker

It would be great if clicking on a message displayed in the news bar would display the chat window, it would be very useful.

I made this little experiment that allows you to show the chat window when you click on the "ticker", however the logic to choose the correct tab of the message, does not work well I'm afraid.

This helps a lot to quickly access and respond to messages in the chat, please consider adding this. ;)

Well, not like this, but something like this was added in r11393. Up to the error fix release since Android has been fixed again.
