OK what is that fascinating pixel (1) near the STC building that is (2) out of synch with the clearance lights?

That's just a stray pixel, and since it's only in one frame it blinks with the lights. No mystery here...

The STC is one of Flemms few adventures into architecture, note the distinctly cubic shape :P.
And the secret message is encoded in the lit windows instead, but I forgot what it was and how to read it.
