Title: Clear all rules for player

There is currently rules.clear() , but this clears all rules.

I need to clear the rules for a specific player.

for example: rules.player_clear(pl_nr)

Well, it doesn't seem like a difficult thing to add, I made a small patch although I haven't tested it.
