PR #36 (https://github.com/simutrans/pak128/pull/36) adds the pipette tool to the main toolbar next to the query tool and assigns hotkey 'q' to the tool. I have also added up/down arrows for the save/load icons to better distinguish them from each other, and to improve accessibility for colour-blind people.

Thanks for the icons. But I think we need to take the red pak128 arrows, thus I did not finish this.
And please, before merging, it would be nice to check the crlf of the tab file to see the changes and not convert everything to windows so all lines are different.
Second, the pipette tool does not below there, it is more like the remover tool. Imho, it is way to dangerous for a normal user as it can copy stuff a normal user is not suppose to build. I think I forbid at least the dangerous stuff to copy and fixed the crash in r11505.
