I wanted to add to my first reply, that there are also individual language bords at your disposal here, where you can write directly with other native Portuguese speakers (https://forum.simutrans.com/index.php/board,21.0.html). There's even a sub-board for tutorials and other helpful articles (https://forum.simutrans.com/index.php/board,55.0.html).
But do not hesitate to continue your concern here if you prefer.
