A new Pak128.german 2.4 beta is available.
This is intended for Nightly from revision R11660 up, or for the upcoming new Simutrans program version 124.3.2.
Since revision R11660-11664, multi-tile houses are being torn down again.
In Pak128.german 2.4 beta, city growth has been adjusted to reflect the new program behavior.

Pak128.german <= 2.3 + Simutrans >= 124.3.1 ---> Multi-tile houses only appear briefly and are usually torn down immediately
Pak128.german >= 2.4 + Simutrans <= 124.3 ----> There is a flood of multi-tile houses that level up very quickly
