Title: [Bug 3.13] Line Management

I have experienced a fatal error when modifying my line using the line management tool.

First, I create a line with 2 stops and assigned a new bus to this line. Later, I open the line management tool and add 2 more stops to the line. When I close the dialog, a fatal error with the following information occurs.

Code Select
FATAL ERROR: minivec_tpl<T>:[]
index out of bounds: 1 not in 0..0
PRESS ANY KEY

thank you very much for the report - bug found and fixed for the next version.
