This patch slightly reworks the factory window to hopefully improve the readability of the production/consumption section. Translation strings still need to be added to base.tab.
This is better handled by changing the translator texts, since even the parameters can be reordered (boost style). (I did this already a little for the first two lines),
Otherwise, there would be no translation outside German, English, Japanese and Portuguese for a long time.
