I would like to report a minor UI bug in Pak128 regarding the "Raise/Drain water level" tools (artificial lake tools).

Issue:
The icons for raising and lowering the water level appear to be swapped.

The "Raise the water by one level" icon (typically an upward arrow) actually lowers the water.
The "Drain water one level" icon (typically a downward arrow) actually raises the water.

Version info:

Pakset: Pak128 (2.10.0)
Simutrans Version: 124.3.1 - r11671

Steps to reproduce:

Open the "Landscaping Tools" toolbar.
Select the "Drain water one level" icon.
Click on a tile; the water level goes up instead of down.

It would be great if these could be swapped to match their actual functions.

Fixed by PR #56 (https://github.com/simutrans/pak128/pull/56), thanks for the report.
