PR #62 adds a crossing for the 180kph rail track, as otherwise it is impossible to build crossings on non-freight tracks after the year 2000.
That is actually intended, same for pak64, only crossings up to 120 km/h. Even in reality, there is no level high speed crossing, in Germany it is 160 km/h the limit, Denmark and Finland 140 km/h, Austria 130 km/h, Japan 120 km/h.
There should be at least a 120 kmh track and a matching crossing available at all times, but it seems there is a gap between 1940 and 1980. I will go through all retire dates.
Also the translations on Simutranslater are rubbish in English.
I changed the intro dates of slower tracks a little (there was a gap between 1940 and 1980) and unified the names on Simutranslator.

The retirement dates of bridges/tunnels/elevated rails now no longer match their normal way counterparts, PR#63 fixes this.
Thank you, already incorporated in the release
