As of r12035 (introduction of multi-ownership for halts) the loading of halt ownership is not backwards-compatible.
Thank you, but for 124.5, the ownership will be restored after loading by recalc_basis_pos in finish_rd. So it does not need to be saved any more. I just kept it for backward compatibility. Also 124,5 was released already, it needs to be 124,6 for future features.
I added the comment to it and removed the saving.
