Title: [bug+fix] buttons in line management

If you open line management with the buttons on the convoy info (or halt details), bt_change_line doesn't get enabled.

This patch fix this. Now, all the button enable/disable stuff is done in update_lineinfo (this was maybe already the case in versions without these line links).

what is the status of this patch? I guess 'incorporated' but who knows ;)

He's incorporated. I only delete the patches on my homepage, which are incorporated.
