i built train dept, platform, truck, and bought a train.
but not sure what problems occur, no one wait and get on my train. It's weird.

you need two stations (platforms), not just one - and a route set up between them and operating (not just sitting in the depot) - before people will start arriving.
The stations need both to have coverage of something which supplies passengers or demands them, i.e. houses, tourist attractions etc, otherwise nobody will want to travel.
Trains are efficient at moving a large number of people, so try building a bus route around each town to deliver more people to the stations so they use the train.
