Is it possible to introduce buldozer-tools for:
1. Water, that are capable to remove also rivers (not only channels)
2. Road electrification, that removes only the elecrification, not the road?
2.) Should be possible already - only needs an entry in menuconf.tab, I think...

You can build a channel over the river and remove it again, should be flat land after that.
Works for me in Pak128.
No, I meant the eraser-tool, that can remove several connected tiles at once...
