I know that on this side of the Atlantic, you can buy a caboose for fairly cheap (depends on the condition). The problem is, how do you move it (which often costs more that what you purchased)?

Nifty... but what does it mean? I don't understand what the change is, or what that stuff under the crossing is.
In some area there are places when the rail crosee via the the roads ( Not highroads of corse! ) and it is dangerous. So the make a bridge or a tunnel for the car / train. Some crazy women tried to die by the train help - She came to one of these meetings and get out the car and lay on the rail. ( By the way she did not die and it was filmed by cameras of the Railway company. :S :) )
I have been in those meetings - It spend a lot of time - those buildings saves us from waisting time!
So, it's a tunnel under the tracks? Not a level crossing.
What I really didn't understand was why they show the level crossing replaced at the end of the video. If the idea is to put in a tunnel, why did they then put the road back across the tracks?
Let's look on it like in Simutrans : Let's say that you wish to delete and upgrade a rail road. But a train needs to drive via that road. What will you do? Put another rail until you will finish old rail upgrading
Ya, but the video shows the track back in the same place with a road crossing it in a level crossing, even though they've installed the fancy new thing, or at least it looks like that to me.
