Title: Where should I put choose signal?

i have a big train system,and there is a busy station.

if i want to put choose signal for another trains passing the station,where should i put it?

on the entrice of the turnout?  or in front it?

Choose signals only work properly for trains that actually stop. You should not use them for trains passing through, as the results will be quite different from what you probably expect...

I think the latest version of simutrans will make convoys passing through a choose platform signal to treat it like a regular signal if there is another choose platform signal along the way to their destination.

Are you sure? That would indeed remove an always re-appearing support/help question...

it's like that in 102.3 experimental, so I'd guess that 102.3 standard has this feature.
