Hi James
I downloaded the 3 zip-files of Exp9.0 as usual, unzipped and installed them.
Trying to run results in : FATAL Error: loadsave_t::rdwr_str() expected "<i32>", got "<boo>"
System info: Windows XP Prof.

fixed by deleting settings-experimental.xml in the my documents simutrans folder.
text might be missing on first start up, but start it up a second time and it should appear.

Thanks a lot AEO. Deleting that file did the job.

Do you know the key-(combo) for invoking the settings-menu in a running game in Exp9.0?

It is pak-depended.
in pak128.Britain-Ex it is 'i'
(from menconf.tab)
