Title: command line option "--help"
Post by: jk271 on December 22, 2010, 08:27:08 PM
It would be nice, if command line option '--help' of game displayed available command line options and short description, what the each option is doing.

Many programs have similar help. I think that this capability can be usefull when e.g. you does have working network connection to see simutrans wiki or you does not have downloaded source code of game.

This can be solved by following patch.

Patch does not affect program settings nor format of saved games .

The patch report is under Incorporated Patches section so if you can wait a little bit, you can download the nightly which will have this option incorporated. If don't, the patch application process depends on the operative system you are using.
