I'm using the lates version of Simutrans Experimental and Britain pak and running a profitable railroad line seems to be impossible because of weight limits. When most advanced rails of the 19Th century seem to be able to support something like 95t, a train alone takes about 75t, leaving little room for freight or passangers. Is it just me or is this supposed to be so?
The weight limit as currently implemented is per vehicle, not per convoy/train. Does this make sense now?
Oh, I'm feeling a little silly now. So the "incorrect vehicle assembly" error message is not related to weight?
E: So the brake wagon is not just for decoration.
Indeed, incorrect vehicle assembly is not to do with weight: make sure that all the colours underneath the convoy are green before sending it out.
