Title: How do I export a .bmp, .png, or .jpg file into the Load Heightmap option
Post by: Bub on February 10, 2011, 09:57:17 PM
Every once in a while, I will look in the Load Heightmap option, but  it will be empty even though I put it in the same folder as where the game is, but when I open up Simutrans, the Load Heightmap option, like I said is empty....

Any Suggestions?

To load custom height maps, you will need to convert your map images to a .ppm format. I made a tutorial way back that can help you with this. It's a full guide and how to for maps. I believe you can find it in the Simutrans wiki pages
Hope this helps out.
