I have a Concrete Mix Factory that can't receive any kind of goods. The said factory is connected to a quarry and a cement mill. The trains are running empty between the factories.

It seems that there are already 450 units of cement in the mix facility, so it is no longer ordering any more, so that train is running empty. The train to the quarry has boxed goods cars and not bulk goods cars ;). After setting some loading limits and connecting the sandquarry, the entire chain seemed to work fine.
Fifty is right.
Change cars in train for transportation of stone into Concrete mix factory.
Build connection to sand quarry.
... and look on translation of that car you used in that train. In my language it is done right but may it be that in your language it is done wrong.
