Hi Guys, I have a strange thing happening with my City Lists. I have a save game which uses my AU city list but when I try to start a new game it insists in using the English City list. Now, I have removed every city list and every city .tab except the AU one. A new game still loads English names. How can that happen when there is no English list, or English .tab? ??? I am using Nightly 110.02 Aug 3 2011 r4735. PAK128
Are you sure your AU citylist is named citylist_en.txt? if you're using Simutrans in English, it will load en.tab and citylist_en.txt. The same for every language. Portuguese pt.tab citylist_pt.txt, Spanish es.tab citylist_es.txt.
If your citylist is on Simutrans/text folder, look if there's no citylist_en.txt inside the pakset text folder.
You have to put it down to old age. I've been playing this game since 1996, I've always edited my city lists, in fact the Australian city list is mine. I FORGOT to remove the au. I will now go outside and scream. Many thanks An_dz
