Sorry, Russian blog (http://rushydro.livejournal.com/194484.html)
Cargo bay stats:
Length: 113,5m
Width: 26,5m
Height: 28,5m
Max load: 1500t
While such boat lifts exist on more places, this is probably the only one with a turntable! Wow
We have in Poland old canal near city of ElblÄ…g. There are five boat-lifts powered with water. Lift aren't so big, as Krasnojarsk's one :) but also interesting. System can transport small units.

Krasnoyarsk dam seems popular last week. Another (http://gelio-nsk.livejournal.com/149891.html) photo session. You can see said turntable here.
thanks for the link inkelyad.
It is photo-worthy milestone in rather big transportation project. They are transporting new turbines for Sayano–Shushenskaya Dam (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sayano%E2%80%93Shushenskaya_Dam) (photo session (http://russos.livejournal.com/751647.html)(click at 29 photo), big photo (http://chistoprudov.livejournal.com/63263.html)) here. Tracing (http://www.sshges.rushydro.ru/press/tracing) says only 22km out of 5926 left.
