This is it, I dont know why, but when I press U or D then click once, it makes terrain going up/down, but when I drag exactly nothing happens. pak128, if it affects somehow.
Tested on r4951 winsdl and wingdi, both with openpak from nightly page - works fine there.
Means I should try to set the game up from zero and try again. Sorry.

Humm, Ive got the newest pakset pak128 from nightly builds page, I can drag there, until I started to add my mods there. I've added most of them, they were replacing some goods, catenary and some buildings, also some many new vehicles, after that I am turning the game on and now I cant drag.
Would developers tell me which pak128 file has D and U buttons dragging script so I would not replace it? Thats serious.
I cannot think of anything except menuconf.tab...

But they are similar in working pak128 and in not working one.
Hmm, even more, my menuconf.tab is identical to menuconf.tab from pak128-1.4.6--102.2.zip
And I was able to drag there.
Does it mean there are some changes in pak files I modified which made it working wrong, and could you help me to find them out?
It could be the way the circuitry in your keyboard is laid out.
But if I just do single clicks D and U, they work then. They dont work only if I drag when D/U tool is picked. I mean, it must be not configuration but something else then?
Maybe some change in program? It would be good to know versions of that, too :)
The same version (latest nightly downloaded yesterday night) works different with modified pak128 (buttons are working on clicking only) and with original one (buttons also able to drag).
Sounds strange. You did not start with network mode enabled (with command-line option -server) ?
Yea, I do, I play this in server mode with a friend. It is not possible to drag if server mode is enabled?
No, dragging of terraforming tools, for bridges, tunnels, elevated ways is not allowed/implemented in online mode.
Problems with synchronization then?
Yes if multiple players are using such tools in the same area - while you are performing the drag another player may use a tool which invalidates your intended action.
Dragging of lower & raise tools for network games is now implemented. Please check out r 5651. Of course, there will be a delay between mouse movement and terraform action.
